Attaching before, during, and after photos to this review. The team at Sauna Supply Co. knocked this custom sauna out of the park. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From measurement, design, demo, framing, and final install, the team was professional, helpful, and took care of every step with absolute professionalism. The final product is amazing, see the photos for yourself.

For context to go along with the photos, the sauna area is roughly 5x7, with a small changing vestibule just outside the sauna door. I chose the Canadian Hemlock vertically oriented on the walls, and an IKI corner heater. The sauna heats up to 200 in under an hour, and is able to be completely controlled through the IKI app. I can schedule it to start heating at any time, from anywhere, and can always check its status, control the lights, etc.
Take an empty space in your basement and turn it into something wonderful that you’ll use every day, you will not regret it. It is amazing how nice of a product can fit into a seemingly small space.

I have to give a shout out to Ethan, one of the main installers I worked with, he was great. Tom and Nick were awesome as well. You can tell they love the product themselves and are excited to be building it for you when they are there. They keep the build area very tidy and did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

If you are in the market for a custom sauna, I highly recommend Sauna Supply Company. They are pretty popular, so the wait time is a few months out, but the timeline was no different from what was quoted by one of their major competitors. They don’t just build saunas, they eat, breathe, and sleep them. The person whom sold me my sauna had three of his own at home, and the person who installed the sauna had one in his living room.

I would give a BILLION stars if I could!! They are so easy to work with, completely made my vision come to life, and offered expertise that was invaluable. If you want a sauna, you have to use Sauna Supply!

"I have used Sauna Supply for 2 Sauna’s and we are so impressed with this outfit. They design around any constraint or material.
